What is your cancellation policy?

We value our cleaners' time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a $50 late-cancellation fee.

How do I pay for my service?

For security and convenience, we are a cashless business. We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure online booking system. Your card is only charged after the cleaning is completed.

Do you provide the cleaning supplies and equipment?

Yes, our team arrives fully equipped with premium cleaning supplies, professional-grade vacuums, and all necessary tools. If you have a specific eco-friendly product you'd prefer us to use, just let us know!

What is the difference between a Standard and a Deep Clean?

Standard cleaning is for maintaining a home that is already in good shape. A Deep Clean is much more intensive, including detailing baseboards, light fixtures, vents, and heavy-duty scrubbing of surfaces that haven't been touched in a while.
